uDirect 2 is out of range of the hearing aids
uDirect 2 is not correctly programmed for your hearing aids
Wear uDirect 2 around the neck and correctly secure the neckloop
Ask your hearing healthcare professional to reconfigure your uDirect 2 and the hearing aids
