Do not wind the mains cord round the appliance.

2Put the appliance in a safe place and let it cool down.

6 Troubleshooting
This chapter summarises the most common problems you could encounter with the appliance. If problems arise with your appliance and you cannot solve them with the information below, please contact the nearest Philips service centre or the Philips Consumer Care Centre in your country.
The appliance does not work at all.
•Make sure that the mains socket is live.
•If the appliance is overheated, unplug the appliance and cool it down. Before you switch on the appliance again, make sure that the grilles are not blocked by fluff or hair.
•Make sure that the mains voltage indicated on the type plate of the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage.
•If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by Philips, a service centre authorised by Philips or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

from the date of purchase, and agrees to repair or replace any defective product without charge.
