The controller safety circuits have operated and the controller has

 

been prevented from moving the wheelchair. This indicates that there

 

is a fault. Please follow this procedure:

1.Turn the controller’s ON/OFF switch off.

2.Ensure that all controller and wheelchair connectors are securely mated.

3.Check battery condition.

4.If you can’t find the problem, try using the following Battery gauge diagnostic guide.

5.Turn the controller on again and try to drive the wheelchair. If the fault lights flash again, do not try to use the wheelchair; contact your dealer.
