Using the Change Extensions Command
1.Starting at the Customer/Services Administration menu, select:
>Diagnostics
>Networking Diagnostics
2.Press F8 (Change Keys) to access the second set of function keys.
3.Press F2

4.Enter the number of the channel you need to busyout.
After you enter the number, the message working... displays in the upper
5.Repeat steps 3 through 4 for each channel you need to busyout.
6.When you finish busying out channels, press F6 (Cancel) three times to exit the screen and return to the Lucent INTUITY Administration menu.
7.Continue with “Stop the Voice System”.
