Troubleshooting
If your Konftel 300W is not working properly:
•If there is no dialling tone, check that an DECT line has been selected.
•Check that the Konftel 300W is within range for a DECT base station and that it is registered with the base station.
•Check that the microphone is turned on during the call. The blue microphone LEDs must be lit.
•If the Konftel 300W needs to wait for a second dialling tone, you should enter a pause using the pause/mute button when entering a telephone number as an instruction or in the phonebook.
•If the 300W is exposed to electrostatic discharge, the caller ID function may malfunc- tion. The unit may require a reset by the user.”
