18 Using your phonebook

Note:

You can erase the entered content by pressing BACK button if you make an error..

Delete a Phonebook entry

1.Press MENU button and select PHONEBOOK by using Navigation Up/Down button, press OK button to confirm

2.Press Up/Down button to select DELETE and then press OK button to confirm

3.Press Up/Down button to select a entry, then press OK button to confirm

4.Handset will display DELETE?, press OK button to confirm and a confirmation beep will be emitted.

Delete all Phonebook entries

1.Press MENU button and select PHONEBOOK by using Navigation Up/Down button, press OK button to confirm

2.Press Up/Down button to select DELETE ALL and then press OK button to confirm

3.Handset will display DELETE?, press OK button to confirm and a confirmation beep will be emitted.

Direct memory

Long press the corresponding key in standby mode will automatically dial the stored number.

Add a direct memory

1.Press MENU button and select PHONEBOOK by using Navigation Up/Down button, press OK button to confirm

2.Press Up/Down button to select DIRECT MEM. and then press OK button to confirm

3.Press Up/Down button to select KEY 1 or KEY 2, press OK button to confirm

4.handset will display NO NUMBER, press MENU button to display EDIT NUMBER

5.Press OK button to display ENTER NAME and press OK again to confirm, enter name and save by pressing OK button

6.ENTER NUMBER will be displayed and press OK to confirm, enter the number and save by pressing

OK button

Edit a direct memory

1.Press MENU button and select PHONEBOOK by using Navigation Up/Down button, press OK button to confirm

2.Press Up/Down button to select DIRECT MEM. and then press OK button to confirm

You can store 2 direct access memories (Key 1 & 2) in the Phonebook.

3.Press Up/ Down button to select KEY 1 or KEY 2, press OK button to confirm
