Using the intercom/Make conference call

Initiate an intercom call

1.Press INT button (or the INT/PAGE button on the base unit) in standby mode

2.Handset will display INT with the relevant handset numbers that are available for intercom.

3.Press the specific handset number you want to call, or press * to call handsets

Note:

if there is only one cordless handset registered on the corded base, press INT button on the handset will automatically call the corded base. "0" is presented for the corded base when there are more than one registered cordless handsets.

Answer an incoming call during intercom

When there is an incoming call during intercom, you will hear the alert tone and CALLING will be displayed on handset screen.

Press TALK button to answer the incoming call and the intercom will be ended

Or you can put the intercom on hold by pressing INT button, then press TALK button to answer the incoming call

Press END button to end the conversation with external call and the handset will return to the previous intercom

Transfer an external call to another handset

1.Press INT button to put the external call on hold (the caller won’t be able to hear you)

2.Handset will display INT with the relevant handset numbers that are available for intercom.

3.Press the specific handset number you want to call, or press * to call handsets

4.Press TALK button on the handset(s) that being called to accept the internal call, then press END button on the originating handset to transfer the external call

Note:

If there is no answer from the internal handset(s), you can press INT button to resume the external call.

Establish a three-party conference call

1.Press INT button to put the external call on hold (the caller won’t be able to hear you)

2.Handset will display INT with the relevant handset numbers that are available for intercom, press the specific handset number you want to call

3.Press TALK button on the handset that being called to accept the internal call, then press and hold the INT button on the originating handset for about 2 seconds to establish the three-party conference. CONFERENCE will be displayed on the handset screen.
