Answering system on the base

Turn on/off the answering system

You can press ANS button to turn on/off the answering machine.

Note:

When it is set On, An On will be displayed on the LCD and answering machine icon will also be displayed. When it is Off, An Off will be displayed on the LCD.

Listen to the recorded message

Press Play/Stop button in standby mode to play the corded messages, press CID up/down button to skip to the next message or go back to listen to the previous one

Delete a recorded message

Press Play/Stop button in standby mode and select one recorded message by pressing CID up/down button

Press Mute/C/Delete button to delete the selected message.

A confirmation tone will be emitted and the base will return to standby mode.

Press Play/Stop button in standby mode

Press and hold Mute/C/Delete button for about 5 seconds to delete all the recorded messages.

A confirmation tone will be emitted and the base will return to standby mode.

Record your MEMO

Press and hold MEMO button in standby mode and the LCD will display:

 

You can start to record your message (speak as you normally do in the speaker mode) and press MEMO button again to save to the recorded message

Play your MEMO

Press Play/Stop button in standby mode to listen the recorded MEMO

Press CID up/down button to go back to the previous message or skip to the next one

You can adjust the volume by pressing Volume up/ down button

Delete a MEMO

Press Play/Stop button in standby mode and select a memo by pressing CID up/down button

Press Mute/C/Delete button to delete the selected memo

A confirmation tone will be emitted and the base will return to standby mode.

Delete all recorded messages
