Record an outgoing message

The pre-recorded outgoing message will be played to the caller when the answering system answers the call, unless you have recorded your own message.

1.Press MENU button in standby mode

2.Press Up/Down button to select ANSW MACHINE and press OK button to confirm

3.Press Up/Down button to select RECORD OGM and press OK button to confirm.

4.Press Up/Down button to select ANSW.&RECORD or ANSWER ONLY and press OK button to confirm

5.Press Up/Down button to select RECORD OGM and press OK button to confirm.

6.RECORDING. will be displayed on the handset screen and you can start to record the message (speak as you normally do during the call)

7.Press OK button to confirm to save the recorded message

Delete your recorded OGM

1.Press MENU button in standby mode

2.Press Up/Down button to select ANSW MACHINE and press OK button to confirm

3.Press Up/Down button to select RECORD OGM and press OK button to confirm.

4.Press Up/Down button to select ANSW.&RECORD or ANSWER ONLY and press OK button to confirm

5.Press Up/Down button to select DELETE and press OK button to confirm.

Play the current OGM

The answering machine will play the pre-recorded outgoing message if you haven’t recorded your own message.

1.Press MENU button in standby mode

2.Press Up/Down button to select ANSW MACHINE and press OK button to confirm

3.Press Up/Down button to select RECORD OGM and press OK button to confirm.

4.Press Up/Down button to select ANSW.&RECORD or ANSWER ONLY and press OK button to confirm

5.Press Up/Down button to select PLAY and press

OK button to confirm to listen

Activate/deactivate Remote control access

Once the remote control access is activated, you can check the messages of your answering system by calling from another phone when you are away from home.
