TROUBLESHOOTING
We do not expect you to have any problems with your phone, but if you do, the following suggestions might help.

The keypad does not work. | Move the keypad closer to the base. |

| Raise the base’s antenna to a vertical position. |
|
|
| Ensure the phone’s modular cord and the AC adapter are |
| correctly and securely connected. |
|
|
| Recharge the keypad’s battery pack. (If battery power is |
| too low, the LOW BATT indicator does not light.) |
|
|
| Reset the security |

Call is noisy. | Keep the headset and base away from interference |
| sources such as computers, remote control toys, wire- |
