5.To mount the phone on a wall
plate, plug the other end of the short modular cord into the
wall plate jack, then align the
bracket’s keyhole slots
with the wall plate studs and
slide the base
downward to secure it. If you are using two phone cords, plug the second cord into the second phone jack.
Installation
• If the base loses power for 60 |
minutes while the handset is |
away from it, the security code |
might be lost. To reset the code, |
return the handset to the base |
for about five seconds. |
• Using a pencil eraser, clean the |
charging contacts on the |
handset and base about once a |
month. |
• If the battery pack becomes |
weak during a call, the handset |

To mount the phone directly on a wall, align the bracket's keyhole slots with the mounted screws and slide the base downward to secure it. Connect the phone cord(s) to the modular phone line jack(s).
6.Plug the adapter into a standard AC outlet.

7.Press and lift out the handset holder, flip it over, then snap it back into place to hold the handset.
8.Raise the base’s antenna to a vertical position.
