If a record exists in the selected loca- tion, Replace Memory? appears, prompting you to confirm the replace- ment. Move the cursor to Yes or No, then press SELECT.

DELETING CALLER ID RECORDS

You can delete Caller ID records individ- ually or all at once.

To delete a single record, recall it, then press CONF/DELETE. Delete Mes- sage? appears, prompting you to con- firm the deletion. Move the cursor to Yes or No, then press SELECT or CONF/

DELETE.

To delete all the records at once, display the number list menu, select the line, and press CONF/DELETE. Del All, Line n? appears, prompting you to confirm the deletion. Move the cursor to Yes or No, then press SELECT or CONF/

DELETE.
