This includes, but is not limited to, periodic use to assure that the phone, including batteries, is in proper working order, that the phone is located within sufﬁcient range of the remote band to provide reliable operation, and education of the user to assure that he/she is familiar with, and capable of operating the phone and remote band.

The ClearSounds™ maximum liability hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the product.
