To change the settings on your Diverse Deskphone

To display the SETTINGS menu options

♣	Press the MENU button.

▼Use DOWN to highlight SETTINGS.

OK

Press OK.

The following menu items will be displayed.

Handset Volume – for increasing/ decreasing the earpiece volume. Ringer Options – for adjusting the telephone ringer volume and tone.

Register – for registering the telephone (see page 8). Base Settings – for changing base name (see page 35), ISDN config. (see Diverse ISDN user guide) or for de-registering a base from the Deskphone (see page 10).

Local Settings – for customising the Deskphone to your personal preferences such as switch auto backlight or various beeps/tones on or off.

If you wish to escape a MENU press the LOUDSPEAKER button twice or lift and replace the handset on the cradle.

To return to a previous MENU

press the GO BACK option.

To adjust the handset volume

You can set the handset volume to three different levels. The standard setting is 1.

♣	Press the MENU button.
