Delete

Press the DELETE button to

 

delete the character to the left

 

of the cursor. Hold down the

 

button to keep deleting

 

characters automatically.

Insert

KEYPAD Characters are inserted to the left of the cursor. Position the cursor and add the character required.

To dial a number stored in the Directory

Press the DIRECTORY button to open the phone book.

Press the DOWN or UP arrows to scroll through to the name you require.

Press the GREEN PHONE button to dial the number.

Or

To quick search for a directory name, press the UP/DOWN arrows to scroll to the entry you want or find the required name by using the keypad to enter the first letter of the name.

The display will now highlight the first name in the address book that starts with that letter.

If this is the correct name, press the GREEN PHONE button to dial, or scroll using the UP or DOWN arrows to move to the correct name, and then press the GREEN PHONE button to dial.

To change an entry in the directory

 

Press the DIRECTORY button.

 

 

Press the UP/DOWN arrows to

 

 

 

 

scroll to the entry you want or

 

 

find the required name by

 

 

using the keypad to enter the

 

 

first letter of the name.

 

 

Press the MORE OPTIONS
