To use the Freestyle 1025 answer machine from the handset, use the table below which shows which buttons to press for each function.

Menu

Press the SCREEN/MENU button Screen then:

The voice prompt will guide you through each function.

1To hear main menu.

2To play all messages.

3To play new messages.

4Skip back during messages.

5To delete during messages.

6To skip forward during messages.

7To record a new memo.

8To play the outgoing message.

9To record a new outgoing message.

0To set a new security code.

To set Day and Time.

NOTE

To return the handset to standby at any time,

press the SCREEN/MENU button.

To play your messages from the handset

When the Freestyle 1025 is in Standby mode:

The message will then be played back followed by the day and time of the call.

If you have 2 or more messages, they are played back in the order in which they were received.

When all your messages have been played back, your Freestyle 1025 announces: “End of messages”.
