TROUBLESHOOTING
If your GH3012 is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps :

| • | Make sure the AC Adapter is plugged into |

|
| Handset doesn’t ring. |
| • | Make sure the Ringer On/Off switch on the |

| side of the handset is set to the “On” |

|

| • | Rechargeable battery pack may be weak or |

|
|
| not fully charged. Charge the battery pack |
|
|
|
|
| for |

|
|
| • Make sure the base antenna is in the |
| |
|

|
| upright position. |

| • | The handset may be too far away from the |
|
|
|
|
| base unit. |
|
|
|
| • | Make sure the AC adaptor is plugged into |

| the base unit and wall outlet. |
|
|

| • | Make sure the wall outlet is functioning. |

|

| • There may be too many telephones |
| |
|
|
|
| installed on the same line. Contact your |
|
|
|
|
| local telephone company to determine the |

| maximum number of extensions for your |

| calling area. |
