REMOTE OPERATION

REPLAY MESSAGES

Replay all messages for the selected mailbox from a remote location.

1Press 1 on a touchtone keypad. You will hear:

	1	I will replay
	1	messages.
		messages.

2All messages in the selected mailbox will play.

3You may select another option or hang up and the TC-540 will automatically save messages.

SAVE ALL MESSAGES

If you do not erase messages in the selected mailbox, the TC-540 will automatically save them when you hang up.

1Press 2 on a touchtone keypad within 7 seconds after the voice menu ends. You will hear:

I will save

2messages.

ERASE ALL MESSAGES

1Press 3 on a touchtone keypad after hearing:

2You will hear:

I will erase messages.

3If you change your mind and want to save messages in the selected mailbox, press 2 on the keypad.

4Select another option or hang up.

RECORD A MESSAGE

Record a message for a household member from a remote location.

1Enter 4 on the touchtone keypad to record a new message for the selected mailbox.
