Optimize video output based on the video cable set up.

1.Press MENU on the remote.

2.Select Settings, enter your Password and press OK.

3.Select Hardware Settings and press OK.

•RF Output Channel

Click on box and it lets you change the channel that you want your TV set to if using the coax connection.

•Frame Format–Set your TV format to enable the most optimal image for your display; select the appropriate option for your TV to preserve the complete image. Options include:

4:3 Crops the left and right sides of the image and displays a 4:3 image.

4:3 Letter box Shrinks the image verti- cally to preserve its aspect ratio on a 4:3 display and puts black bars at the top and bottom of the image.

16:9 The image is not manipulated, so it displays in the original format.

•CC Overlay Render–Close captioning on STB. Check this if you want the STB to auto- matically be set to show close
