10.4 How to Add a Prefix in Front of the Number

•use dialplan: Select dialnum.

•dial number: Enter the prefix you want to add. For example: 666.

•dddcode: Blank.

•iddcode: Blank.

•dddprefix: Blank.

•local prefix: Blank.

•nonlocal prefix: Blank.

10.5 Some Troubleshooting

Problem:	Troubleshooting:
LCD display down or disorder	Unplug the power Æ Wait for 5 seconds Æ Plug the power back.

	1.	Please check the Internet connection of the RJ-45 is ok.

	3.	Please verify that the account is valid. Please contact you
		VoIP service provider for the account information.

【Please Hangup】
Hear echo during the conversation	Please press VOL – to the proper volume.
Noise	Please check the connection and see if the connection is loose.
	1.	Press and hold the keypad * Æ Unplug the power Æ Plug
		the power Æ the IPF-2002L will reboot.
Reset to the factory default	2.	LCD shows 【*】 Æ Release the keypad * Æ Press #5*5
		Æ the IPF-2002L will reboot.
	3.	After rebooting, the phone set to be the factory default.
