Note: Repeat Steps 5-7 if you want to program additional items on the same list. Hang up and begin again at Step 1 if you want to program items on another personal list.

Record the personal list item on the Abbreviated Dialing list in the back of this booklet.

To place a call from a list

1 Dial appropriate List code:

 

(personal, system, group,

List 1

 

 

 

or enhanced)

 

 

[dial tone]

List 2

 

 

 

List 3

or Press [ Feature ], then the appropriate entry number (if you have a list code programmed as a Feature Directory entry)

2 Dial desired list item (1, 2, 3...)

[ringback tone]

Note: Keep your own personal lists in the back of this booklet; system, group, and enhanced lists are available from your System Manager.

 

Answering or Placing a Second Call

To end first call and

Ask first caller to hang up, then flash the switchhook

answer second call
