To see your messages when your message light is on (while on- hook, off-hook, or on a call)

1Press [ Message Retrieve ]

2Press [ Next Message ] to see first message (and then for each

following message)

To return a call to a	1	Pick up handset or activate speakerphone	[dial tone]
message sender	2	Press [ Return Call ] while any part of message is shown

To erase a message 1 Press [ Delete ] while any part of message is shown

To see a principal’s	1	Select an idle [ xxxxx ] button, or put principal on hold
(coworker’s) messages		and select an idle [ xxxxx ] button	[dial tone]
(can be during a call	2 Press [ Covr Msg Retrieve ]
with principal)
	3	Dial principal’s extension
