Before operating the pager

Congratulations on purchasing a Sony MP-7001 pager. These operating instructions explain how to use your new pager. Please keep this guide for future reference and enjoy learning about your new MP-7001!

This pager has four main sections: Personal Messages, Information Service Messages, Folders and Memos.

Personal Messages and Information Service Messages can be transferred to the folders. There are four folders for your convenience.

Number of stored messages

PERSONAL INBOX:

Up to 40 Personal Messages can be stored.

INFORMATION INBOXES :

Up to 15 different Information Service messages from your carrier can be received.

FOLDERS :

Both Personal Messages and Information Service Messages can be stored in the four folders.

MEMOS :

You can write and store up to 50 memos. The maximum for each memo is 78 characters.
