Entering a memo

You can enter phone numbers or names and store them as a memo. Up to 78 characters can be stored in a memo.

A memo cannot be stored in a folder.

1 While in the

FUNCTION MENU display, turn and press in the Jog Dial to select MEMO.

2 Turn the Jog Dial, select NEW, then press in.

3 Turn the Jog Dial to select a character from the character group, then press in.

SONY

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQ RSTUVWXYZ

The selected character appears in the input area and the cursor shifts to the right.

The pager has four character groups that can be used.

The next page explains how to switch character groups,aswellasadditionaloperations.
