Turning the power on

Press POWER/ESC for more than POWER/ESC two seconds.

The pager sounds or vibrates, and the display appears as follows.

The banner appears. You can change the banner.

Approximate battery level appears :

Full Medium Low

The standby display appears.

To view the date, instead of the time, press and hold POWER/ESC.

About Backlighting

The pager screen will illuminate if any button is pressed. If no buttons are pressed, the backlighting will turn off in ten seconds.
