Getting Started with Your Phone

If you want to ...	Then do this ...
Enter the Main Menu	Tap			or press	.
Return to the idle screen	Tap			or press		.
Return to the previous menu	Tap the Back soft key or press the Left arrow key.
Scroll through menu items	Tap		or	, or press an arrow key.
Scroll through lists or fields	To scroll item by item, do one of the following:
	•	Tap		or	.
	or
	• Press the Up or Down arrow key
	To Page Down or Page Up (when lists appear on
	more than one page), do one of the following :
	•	Tap		or	.
	or
	• Press the * key (to Page Up) or the # key (to
		Page Down).
Select a menu item	Do one of the following:
	• Tap the menu item.
	• Use an arrow key to scroll to the menu item,
		and then tap the Select soft key.
	• Press the dialpad key that corresponds to the
		item in a numbered menu list.
		For example, if an item has a number next to
		it, press the corresponding number on the
		dialpad.
Select a field	Do one of the following:
	•	Tap the field.
	• Scroll to the field using the Up or Down arrow
		key.
