Date and time

1[ /OK] > [1]

2Enter the current hour and minute (in the 24-hour format).

3[ /OK]

4Enter the current day, month, and year (dd-mm-yy).

5[ /OK] to save the setting.

Note:

(KX-TG1072/KX-TG1073/KX-TG1074/ KX-TG1092/KX-TG1093/KX-TG1094 only) If you set the date and time with

handset 1, press [ ] and [ ] on another handset to show the time on that handset.

The date and time may be incorrect after a power failure. In this case, set the date and time again.

12 and 24-hour display format

1[ /OK] > [2]

2Press [ ] or [ ] to select between “12” and “24”-hour display format.

3[ /OK] to save the setting.

Note:

When 12-hour format is selected, “A” or “P” shows next to the current time to indicate AM or PM time.

Handset ringer tone

1[ /OK] > [4]

2Press [ ] or [ ] to select a tone.

• 6 tones are available.

3[ /OK] to save the setting.
