Operating More than One Base Unit

You can register and operate your handset (KX-A332CE-B) at up to 4 KX-TCD970E-B/KX-TCD960E-B base units.

Each base unit provides a radio cell where you can make and receive calls. However, you cannot transfer calls between cells.

Operation example:

The example below shows two base units connected to 2 lines.

You can receive incoming calls at any handset located within either base unit's radio cell. You can make outgoing calls from any handset within the entire radio area using the same telephone line. For example, you can use a handset in different radio areas, such as at home or the office.

Each handset must be registered at both base units (p. 96). You can register up to 6 handsets at each KX-TCD970E-B/KX-TCD960E-B base unit.
