Recording your greeting message

6After a beep sounds, hold the handset about 20 cm away and speak clearly into the microphone (2 minutes and 30 seconds max.).

Using a pre-recorded greeting message

The unit provides 2 pre-recorded greeting messages:

– If you erase or do not record your own

greeting message, the unit plays a

pre-recorded greeting asking callers to

leave a message.

– If the message recording time (page 28)

is set to “Greeting Only”, callers’

When new messages have been recorded, MN on the base unit flashes.
