If the in-glass antenna wires are vertical, mount the FEA vertically on the glass, directly over the FM radio antenna. If the in-glass antenna wires are horizontal, mount the FEA horizontally on the glass, directly over the FM radio antenna. (Figure 25) Clean the suction cup mounting areas with the alcohol swab. The antenna wire between the two suction cups should be pulled taut, and as straight as possible, and should not obstruct the driver’s view.
