Accessing Voice Mail from the Outside

If an outside access telephone number has been assigned, you can access the voice mail from the outside. Once connected to voice mail, you can access the voice mail features.

1.Call the Voice Mail outside access telephone number.

2.Enter the box number and press #. 3.Enter your password and #.

Your messages play automatically, newest to oldest. You can access the voice mail features as if your were at an extension.
