Press the VOLUME + or button to increase or decrease the volume of incoming calls.

The volume levels range from 1-8.

You can also press and hold the VOLUME + or button to keep increasing or decreasing the volume until you reach the required level or until you reach the handset’s maximum or minimum level at which point you will hear a double beep.

The volume level (1-8) will be shown on the display for about 5 seconds, the display will then return to the channel number.

To manage unwanted calls

You can reduce interference from unwanted calls by setting up a code on your selected channel. You must then ensure that each member of your group is using the same code, if they do not, you will not be able to communicate with them.

If you set the code on your selected channel to 00 (OFF), you will hear calls from everyone within range who is using the same channel you have selected.
