ADJUSTING RINGER CONTROLS

Handset ringer tone and volume

Without a call in progress, press ring/vol. The phone has 3 ringer tones with 2 volume levels - one soft and one loud. Each time you press ring/vol, the ringer tone changes.

Handset earpiece volume

With a call in progress, press ring/vol to increase the earpiece volume. Once you hang up, the volume returns to the preset level.

Ringer on or off

The ringer is on when the switch is in the RINGER ON position.

To turn the ringer off, simply move the switch to the OFF position with a pencil point. Now, when a call comes in, the status LED will flash but the ringer will be silent.
