Playing back messages

If there are new messages, the display flashes the number of new messages.

You will hear beeps if the audible message alert setting is on (see page 36).

REPEAT/SLOW

Press a mailbox button

MAIL BOX 3 to play back new messages in the selected mailbox.

Notes

If a call comes in, the play back will stop.

A time and day stamp is announced after each message if you set the time and day (see page 32).

The old messages will not be played back unless all new messages are played back.

Tips

If there are no new messages, all the previously reviewed messages are played back.

• The messages are saved even after a power failure.
