Recording from FM radio

You can start FM recordings when you change from »FM« mode to »Recording« mode.

Starting FM recording

1Select the radio station in »FM« mode.

2Open the main menu by pressing and holding »MENU«.

3Select »Recording« mode with »8« or »9« and press »sII« to confirm.

– Recording starts automatically.

4Press »sII« to pause recording.

5Press »sII« to resume recording.

6To stop recording, press and hold down »MENU«.

The recording is saved automatically as WAV file, e.g. FM000008.WAV in the FMIN.DIR folder on the player.

The player then switches to »FM« mode.

Notes:

If »Device Full« appears in the display while it is recording, the flash memory is full. The recording then stops and the file is saved automatically. No more recordings can be made.

If »Low Battery!« appears while it is recording, the battery is running low. The recording then stops and the file is saved automatically. Further recordings can only be made once the battery has been recharged.
