Shared Folder on WinXP

To access a shared folder on a local PC, you will need a computer which is connected to the same local network as your DS5. The guest account has to be enabled for the DS5 to access the computer.

1.Set up a shared folder on your PC. To do so, right click on a folder, go to Properties and select the Sharing tab. Enable sharing for this folder and apply the settings.

2. Your folder should now have a new icon with a picture resembling a hand.

3.Make sure your Firewall is set up to allow access to the shared folder.

4.On DS5, press SETUP on your remote control to enter DS5’s setup menu.
