Setting the CDR copy mode

In the CDR copy mode, you can specil)' the mnnber ul tracks tu be copied un the HDD ur enable/disable the auto-finalizatiun feature.

Initial setting: All Synchro

1 • Press MODE while this unit is in the CDR copy standby mode (P.38, 40).

2.Rotate the MULTI JOG knob (press +/-, or on the remote control) to select the CDR copy mode.

Choose one (!1'the modes listed heluw.

All Synchro (All-synchronized copying mode)

This mude copies all uf the material lrum a single audio source at the same time as the source programs are being played. Track markers are automatically placed between the tracks being recorded.

Full Auto (Full auto-synchronized copying mode)

This mudc automatically performs linalization after all synchronized copying is cumplete. A CD-R disc can be phlyed as a CD as soon as finalizatiun has been completed.

CD TEXT is cupied only when selecting "Full Auto" in the CDR copy mode lur a new CD-R or CD-RW disc.

Multi Synchro (Multi-synchronized copying mode)

This mode copies the set number of tracks at the same time as the suurce programs are being played. The number of tracks to be recorded can be set in the range el 1Io 99 tracks. This mode is cuuvenient tu recurd a mix (!1 tracks frum different sources.

3.Press the MULTI JOG knob (ENTER on the remote control) to confirm the CDR copy mode selected.

If "All Sym:hru" ur "Fall Auto" is conlirmed, this unit returns te the CDR cupy standby mude.

If "Multi Synchro" is coldirmed, the hgluwing message appears on the display. Go to step 4.

4, Rotate the MULTI JOG knob (press +/-,or on the remote control) to select the number of tracks.

The munher can he selected in the 1 to 99 tracks range.

6.Rotate the MULTI JOG knob (press +/-, or on the remote control) to select the group and track to start copy from.

While the GROUP indicator lights, yuu can select a gruup, and while the TRACK indicatur lights, you can select a track. For details, reler to "SELECTING THE GRO1 lP OR TRACK MODE" (P.15).

To start copying all tracks from a group, follow step 3 in "Copying all tracks in a group to a disc" (P.38).

To start copying selected tracks from the HDD, follow step 3 in "Copying selected tracks on the HDD" (P.40).
