Using the Super Sound Equalizer

 

Turning on the super sound equalizer gives you a more

Press [SUPER SOUND EQ] on the main unit.

 

The “S.SOUND EQ” indicator lights up.

Press [SUPER SOUND EQ] on the main unit to turn off the indicator.

Using the Dolby Pro Logic II

Except

Dolby Pro Logic II is an advanced decoder that derives 5-channel surround (Left and Right Front, Center, Left and Right Surround) from stereo sound sources, whether or not it has been specifi cally Dolby Surround encoded.

Press [ŸPL II].

Every time you press the button: Off :Cancel

Movie :Movie software, recorded in Dolby Surround.

Music :Stereo sources

This is one of the ways to get appropriate surround effects.

Preparation

Press [3, DVD/CD] and then [7 ].

Press [5] (increase) or [] (decrease) to adjust

the speaker level for each speaker. C, RS, LS: –6 dB to +6 dB

(L, R: Only the balance is adjustable.)

To adjust the balance of the front speakers While outputting the test signal, press [2, 3].

Adjust the speaker level to the same level as the front speakers.

To stop the test signal

Press and hold [–TEST] again or [7 ] (main unit: [7, STOP]).
