Assembly

Keep clothing rolled up and out of the way of machinery and keep hair pulled back.

!Disconnect power to the machine when perform-

ing any maintenance or assembly. Failure to do this may result in serious personal injury.

Wear safety glasses dur- ing the entire assembly process. Failure to com- ply may result in serious personal injury.

Some metal parts may have sharp edges on them after they are formed. Please examine the edges of all metal parts before handling them. Failure to do so could result in injury.

The assembly of the Model H3390 Wet Tile Saw is straightforward and can be completed in a rela- tively short period of time.

To assemble the saw:

1.Assemble the two stand brackets using (2) M8-1.25 x 50 hex bolts and (2) M8-1.25 lock nuts as shown in Figure 4. DO NOT over- tighten.

2.Attach the casters to the mounting locations on the stand using M6-1.0 x 40 hex bolts, M6 flat washers, and M6-1.0 hex nuts as shown in Figure 5.
