General Problem: Motor Does Not Operate

| • Do NOT try to start sprayer until completely | |

| thawed or you may damage the motor, control | |

| board, and/or drivetrain. | |

| 1. | Turn OFF power switch |

| 2. | Place sprayer in warm area for several |
|

| hours |

| 3. | Plug in and turn on sprayer |

| 4. | Slowly increase pressure until motor starts |
|
| If paint hardened in sprayer: | |

| 1. | Replace pump packings |
|
| 2. | Remove all residue from valves |

| Motor is damaged | Remove gear and try to rotate motor shaft by | |
