Pressure Relief Procedure
WARNING
Fluid Injection Hazard
The system pressure must be manually
relieved to prevent the system from starting or spraying accidentally. Fluid under high pressure can be injected through the skin
and cause serious injury. To reduce the risk of an injury from injection, splashing fluid, or electric shock, follow the Pressure Relief Procedure when- ever you:
•are instructed to relieve the pressure
•stop spraying
•check or repair any of the system equipment
3.Turn off the air bleed valves to the fluid source and to the gun.

4.Unlock the trigger.

5.Trigger the gun into a grounded metal waste con- tainer to relieve the fluid pressure.

6.Lock the trigger.
• or install or clean the spray tip.

1.Turn the ES ON/OFF valve OFF.

2.Lock the trigger.

7.Open the pump drain valve and all other fluid drain valves in the system, having a waste container ready to catch the drainage. Leave the drain valve(s) open until you are ready to spray again.

8.If the nozzle or hose is completely clogged or pres- sure is not fully relieved, slowly loosen the hose end coupling. Now clear the nozzle or hose.
