Inspect the packing nut daily. If seepage of paint into the packing nut and/or movement of the piston upward is found (while not spraying), the packing nut should be tightened enough to stop leakage only, but not any tighter.
Overtightening will damage the
packings and reduce the packing life.
4.Lubricate connecting rod pin every 3 months.

1.Remove fluid pump as described in “Fluid Pump Disconnect” instructions on page 10.
2.Unscrew and remove the inlet valve per instructions on page 11.
