Replace unreadable labels
Repair or replace cracked weld cable
Clean and tighten weld terminals

Blow out or vacuum inside.
OR
Remove drive roll and carrier. Apply light coat of oil or grease to drive motor shaft.

1 Circuit Breaker CB1
CB1 protects the unit from over-
loading of drive motor M1. If CB1 opens, wire feeding stops.
2 Welding Gun
Check gun liner for blockage or kinks.
3 Wire Drive Assembly
Check for jammed wire, binding drive gear or misaligned drive rolls.

5-3. Unit Overload
Allow cooling period and reset breaker. Close door.

Thermal switches TP1 in XFMR and TP2 in SR1 protect the unit from damage due to overheating. If the thermal indica- tor illuminates, wait for unit to cool allowing fan motor to run before trying to weld. If unit is cool and no weld output continues, contact Factory Authorized Service Agent.
