POIGNÉE AVANT

La poignée avant doit toujours être utilisée pour guider et équilibrer l’outil. Elle permet un contrôle sûr et facilite l’utilisation.

CONSEILS D’UTILISATION

L’observance de quelques principes simples réduira l’usure sur l’outil aussi bien que l’opérateur.

1.Avant de commencer une opération de coupe avec la cisaille, vérifiez les dégagements recommandés pour le matériau à couper.

2.Les lames émoussées ne vous donneront pas de bons résultats. Coupez toujours avec des lames en bon état d’entretien. Reportez-vous à la section sur l’affûtage des lames pour instructions.

3.L’interrupteur étant en position d’arrêt, familiarisez- vous avec le maniement de l’outil. Vous pouvez tenir l’outil le long de la poignée, à une position que vous trouvez confortable pour la coupe.

4.Pour des coupes nettes et rapides, tenez la cisaille de manière à ce que la lame supérieure (à mouvement alternatif) soit à un angle d’environ 10° par rapport au matériau à couper. Ne forcez pas la cisaille à travers l’ouvrage. Si la cisaille ne coupe pas correctement, revérifiez si les dégagements de lame sont corrects et si les lames sont émoussées.

5.Ne dépassez pas les capacités recommandées.
