Extension Cord Use

The use of an extension cord is not recommended. If you must use an extension cord, please follow these guidelines:

•Ensure the pins on the extension cord plug match the Battery Manager’s plug exactly (e.g. same number, size, shape, etc.).

•Ensure the extension cord is properly wired and is in good electrical condition.

•Ensure the wire length and gauge correspond to the AC ampere rating, as specified in the chart below:
