Prior to first use, wash the parts that are in contact with the food (B,C & D).
• Place the jug (B) and then the plastic cone (C) on the motor unit (A). Lock the assembly (fig. 1).
•Cut the citrus fruits in half.
•Plug in the appliance.
•Place the halved fruit onto the plastic cone (C) and press it down gently to start the appliance (fig. 2). The juice will flow directly into the jug (B).
Remove the fruit from the cone when all the juice has been extracted.
•When the fruit is no longer in contact with the plastic cone, the appliance will stop automatically.
•Do not operate the appliance more than 10 minutes continuously.
Cleaning
•Always unplug the appliance before cleaning the motor unit (A).
•Do not immerse the motor unit (A) or place it under running water. Clean the motor unit
(A) with a damp cloth. Dry carefully.
•Clean the jug (B) and the plastic cone (C) immediately after use to avoid the pulp from sticking to them (fig. 3).
•Do not use bleach or abrasive sponges.
•The jug (B), the plastic cone (C) and the protective cover (D) may be cleaned in the dishwasher in the top tray using the « ECO » or « SLIGHTLY DIRTY » programme.
•Store with the protective cover (D) in place.

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
•Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door voordat u het apparaat in gebruik neemt: in geval van verkeerd gebruik vervalt elke aansprakelijkheid van de fabrikant.
•Voor uw eigen veiligheid voldoet dit apparaat aan de toepasselijke normen en voorschriften:
-laagspanningsrichtlijn,
-elektromagnetische compatibiliteit,
-milieu,
-materialen in contact met voedingsmiddelen.
•Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld om zonder hulp of toezicht te worden gebruikt door kinderen of andere personen indien hun fysieke, zintuiglijke of mentale vermogen of hun gebrek aan ervaring en kennis hen niet in staat stelt dit apparaat op een veilige wijze te gebruiken, tenzij zij van tevoren instructies hebben ontvangen betreffende het gebruik van dit apparaat vanwege een verantwoordelijke persoon.
•Er moet toezicht zijn op kinderen zodat zij niet met het apparaat kunnen spelen.
•Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact na ieder gebruik van het apparaat.
•Dompel het motorblok niet onder in water of een andere vloeistof. Houd het evenmin onder de kraan.
•Dit apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt om op wisselstroom te werken. Controleer voor het eerste gebruik of de netspanning overeenkomt met de netspanning die op het typeplaatje van het apparaat aangegeven staat. Een verkeerde aansluiting maakt de garantie ongeldig.
•Plaats of gebruik dit apparaat niet op een warme kookplaat of in de buurt van open vuur (gasfornuis).
•Gebruik het apparaat op een vlak, stabiel en hittebestendig werkvlak, buiten het bereik van warmtebronnen of opspattend water.
•Haal de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact:
-als er een storing optreedt tijdens het gebruik,
-vóór reiniging of onderhoud,
-na ieder gebruik.
•Trek nooit aan het netsnoer om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen.
•Gebruik slechts een verlengsnoer nadat u hebt gecontroleerd dat het in goede staat verkeert.
•Huishoudapparaten mogen niet worden gebruikt als ze zijn gevallen.
•Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het door de fabrikant, de servicedienst of een persoon met een gelijkwaardige vakbekwaamheid worden vervangen om ieder gevaar te voorkomen.
