5.Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 13).
6.Remove the top speaker (see Speakers on page 15).
Remove the I/O board:
1.Detach the grounding tape (1) that secures the I/O board cable to the display panel assembly.
2.Release the ZIF connector (2) to which the I/O board cable is attached, and then disconnect the I/O board cable from the system board.
3.Remove the three Phillips PM1.2×4.5 screws (3) that secure the I/O board bracket and I/O board to the display panel assembly.
4.Remove the I/O board bracket (4).
NOTE: The I/O board bracket is included in the I/O Hardware Kit, spare part number
5.Remove the I/O board and cable (5).
Reverse this procedure to install the I/O board.
