Locking the Program Buttons
To avoid accidentally pressing a program button:
1.Tap Start > Settings > Buttons > Lock tab.
2.Tap Disable all buttons except power button; then tap OK.
Note: The Power button cannot be locked. Pressing the button and turning on the unit unlocks the other program buttons.
Using HP Profiles
You can change your HP iPAQ settings quickly depending on where you are at a given moment.
Use HP Profiles to:
■Turn the HP iPAQ backlight on or off.
■Turn the HP iPAQ screen display on or off.
