To clear jams from the optional duplexer
1Open the lower left door.
2Remove any jammed media from the duplexer.
3Press the green tab on the right side of the duplexer, and pull the duplexer out.
4Lift the green guide, remove any media, and lower the green guide.
5Slide the duplexer back into the printer until it clicks into place.
6Close the lower left door.
