GLOWING EMBERS

Tear the embers into pieces and place along the front row of ports covering all of the burner area in front of logs (#2 & #3). Care should be taken to shred the embers into thin, small irregular pieces as only the exposed edges of the fibre hairs will glow. The ember material will only glow

when exposed to direct flame; however, care should be taken to not block the burner ports.

Blocked burner ports can cause an incorrect flame pattern, carbon deposits and delayed ignition. PHAZERTM logs glow when exposed to direct flame. Use only certified "glowing embers" and PHAZERTM logs available from your Napo- leon dealer.

DOOR INSTALLATION

Place the door into the two lower door brackets and secure at the top of the unit with two #10-24 screws.

These gas grills cater to both novice cooks and seasoned grill masters, making outdoor cooking accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

One of the standout features of the GDI-44P and GDI-44N is their impressive cooking surface. With a total cooking area of 825 square inches, these grills can accommodate a variety of dishes simultaneously, making them perfect for large gatherings and family barbecues. The primary cooking area is 644 square inches, providing ample space for grilling burgers, steaks, and veggies, while the secondary cooking area allows for indirect cooking or warming previously grilled items.

Equipped with Napoleon's innovative i-GLOW backlit control knobs, the GDI-44P and GDI-44N ensure visibility during nighttime grilling sessions. This feature not only enhances safety but also adds a stylish touch to the grill’s overall design. Additionally, the LED lights illuminate the cooking surface, allowing for precision cooking even after the sun goes down.

Both models utilize a powerful 44,000 BTU stainless steel burner system that delivers even heat distribution across the grill. The patented wave-shaped grill grates provide exceptional heat retention and sear marks, ensuring that food is cooked to perfection every time. The grills also include a rear infrared burner, ideal for rotisserie cooking, which complements the main grilling area by allowing cooks to prepare a whole chicken, roast, or other large cuts of meat with ease.

Durability is key in the construction of the GDI-44P and GDI-44N. Both grills feature a heavy-duty stainless steel body, which is resistant to corrosion and designed to withstand the elements year-round. The spacious side shelves provide additional prep space and come with integrated tool hooks for convenient access to grilling tools.

In terms of user-friendly technology, both grills feature an easy-to-use ignition system for reliable starts every time. The built-in temperature gauge allows for easy monitoring of cooking temperatures, ensuring perfectly grilled dishes.

In conclusion, the Napoleon Grills GDI-44P and GDI-44N are exemplary models that combine functionality, durability, and style.
